Building Apps That People Actually Want to Use

We've spent the last few years working with startups and growing businesses across London, and one thing keeps coming up: beautiful apps mean nothing if they confuse users. That's where we come in.

Our team focuses on mobile app design that feels natural. Not trendy for the sake of it, just interfaces that make sense. We work alongside your developers, understand your business goals, and create experiences that stick.

Based in North London, we're close enough for proper face-to-face conversations. That matters more than you might think when you're building something from scratch.

How We Actually Work

No complicated processes or endless meetings. Just straightforward collaboration that gets your app from idea to launch.

User Research

We talk to real people who'll use your app. Not huge focus groups, just honest conversations that reveal what matters.

Sometimes the answers surprise everyone. That's the point.

Interface Design

Clean screens that guide users without hand-holding. We prototype fast, test early, and adjust based on actual feedback.

Your brand personality shows through the design, not fighting against it.

Developer Handoff

Detailed specs that your development team can actually use. We stick around during build to answer questions and catch issues early.

Saves everyone time in the long run.

From First Call to Launch

1

Discovery Chat

We meet (in person or video) to understand what you're building and why. Takes about an hour. No sales pitch, just questions.

2

Research Phase

Two weeks digging into your users, competitors, and market. We share findings in a readable document, not a massive presentation deck.

3

Design Rounds

Three to five weeks creating and refining your interface. You see progress weekly, not months later when it's too late to change direction.

4

Build Support

We stay involved while your developers work. Quick response times when questions come up, adjustments when technical constraints appear.

Questions You Might Have

Most potential clients wonder about similar things when they're thinking about working with a design team. Here's what usually comes up, organized by where you are in the process.

Before Starting

Do I need a detailed brief ready?

Not really. A rough idea of what you want to build is enough for the first conversation. We help shape the details together.

How much input do you need from me?

Weekly check-ins during design, plus being available for quick questions. We don't need daily involvement, but regular feedback keeps things moving.

What if my budget is limited?

We're honest about what's realistic within different budgets. Sometimes phasing the project makes more sense than trying to do everything at once.

During the Project

Can I request changes mid-project?

Definitely. Good ideas come up during the process. Major scope changes affect timeline and cost, but tweaks and refinements are expected.

How do you handle disagreements?

We explain our reasoning, you explain yours, and we find middle ground. Design isn't art—there's room for different valid approaches.

Do you work with our existing developers?

Yes, and we prefer it. They know your technical setup better than anyone. We just make sure our designs are actually buildable.

After Launch

What happens once the app is live?

We stick around for the first few weeks to handle any design adjustments that come up from real user feedback.

Can you help with future updates?

Most clients come back when they're adding features. We already know your app, so it's faster than starting fresh with someone new.

Do you offer ongoing support?

We can set up a monthly retainer for regular updates and improvements, or work project-by-project. Whatever suits your business better.
